Let me tell you WHY I wanted to become a Realtor.

I didn't buy my first home until I was 40 years old.

I never learned how home buying worked and I've always struggled with big decision making. Mix that with no education on money, credit, or real estate, and buying felt impossible. However, I got lucky and landed with a good Agent and Lender who walked me through the process.

That's why I created the Home Buying Decision Tree -- to give first-time home buyers what I wish I had, an easy flow in which to follow that cuts out the unnecessary complications.

As a former high school teacher turned Realtor, I know the value of education so I break down the buying process in a simple, clear way for the next generation who desires life to be simple and less stressful.

And, here's what else gets me excited...

I am also the Co-Founder of the non-profit Tonbo Japanese Gardens. Starting out as an idea to provide respite to families of cancer survivors, Tonbo Japanese Gardens officially obtained 501c3 status in 2024. Since its initial idea Tonbo has expanded its idea to also provide a physical garden space where people come relax and get away from busy life.
