About Patty

In 2005, my husband and I relocated our family from Connecticut to the Charlotte area. At that time I put my career as an attorney on hold for a while so I could be with my children and learn about this wonderful area I now call home. Prior to moving, I was a partner in a prominent Hartford law firm. Early in my career I conducted residential real estate closings, litigated real estate transaction controversies and drafted real estate contracts. My deep knowledge of real estate law and the strong negotiation and organizational skills I developed from litigating provided an ideal background for my transition to being a real estate broker. The most satisfying part of my years of being an attorney was helping my clients resolve their issues and reaching their objectives. I worked hard to provide them with unmatched client service and protect their interests and will do the same for my sellers and buyers. I have welcomed the challenges my new profession has brought since becoming a realtor in 2011 and look forward to forming new partnerships as I help my clients realize their real estate goals.
